  With the recent passing of my mother Rest Haven was very unprofessional. The cemetery staff stood too close to the burial ceremony and were nasty and one wore a skull cap. The casket was placed in a way that the pall bearers could not walk to the end, so the cemetery staff took over snatching and bumping the casket. We were never contacted prior to the burial from the cemetery about any arrangements or assistance. This same kind of thing happened five years ago with the passing of our son. It was very hard to sit there and watch this happen with our love ones.

  My family and I are very dissatisfied with the work of Resthaven after the recent passing of my father. The marker order (which was paid in full on the day of my father's passing) wasn't sent to be made until nearly TWO MONTHS after his burial. When I or others called for assistance on multiple matters, we would leave messages and never get called back. I only wish the staff at Resthaven would have more courtesy and treat these matters with the same respect they would have given to their own family.
