  I was treated very badly from the beginning with gateway Funeral home and crematory richard (rick) ainsley a insurance agent for them pushed me into getting a insurance policy that I did not want when untold him it was a bad time my trailer caught on fire a couple days prior to him popping up unsuspecting I only asked for a brochure not a visit from him then I canceled the policy and took out another one he screwed up my birthday and it took security national four months to tell me due to my when I didn't qualify for insurance and wanted to schedule appointment with him for me. Well that same day I received another wrong policy and noticed that he forged my signature. I immediately called police and filed a report and went to a attorney to talk about pressing charges on him. I went to a competitor which I switched too and they told me it was a fraudulent policy and my mother would be screwed if I died. When I called him to adress he problem he used profanity with a couple sentences. Please stay away from these people they will screw you over and will try to pocket your money.   All of the folks at Gateway were wonderful and treated my mother with dignity and grace. I highly recommend them.
